Amber Nash
Pastor Adam Nash was called to ministry when he was 16 years old, and he began preaching at his father's church, as well as other local churches, at that time.

He received his bachelor's degree from Eastern Kentucky University in 2008. This is where he met his wife, Amber, who majored in Deaf Education. Adam subsequently received his Masters of Divinity degree from the Baptist Seminary of Kentucky in 2016. He has served in three different churches since 2010, most recently as Associate Pastor of Youth and Technology at Del Norte Baptist Church in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

A native of Kentucky, Adam and his wife Amber moved to Tucson from Albuquerque in May of 2022. They have a heart for God and expanding his kingdom. Their goal in ministry is always to share God's love, grace, and mercy in a practical and reliable way.

Adam's interests and hobbies include Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, hiking, and photography. When Amber is not working as an on-line school teacher or helping out at the church, she enjoys reading, writing, and crocheting. And, of course, they both enjoy spending time with their puppies.

Adam and Amber feel thankful and blessed to be at Pantano Baptist Church.

Our Office Administrator:

Jan Dernier has been our dedicated office administrator since May of 2019. She manages a variety of tasks ranging from preparing the weekly church bulletin to coordinating Zoom access, and everything in between. She ensures smooth office operations and also plays a key role in our Sunday music team as our organist and pianist. Whether she's in the office or elsewhere, Jan welcomes everyone warmly. For information or assistance, you can contact her during church office hours (10:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday-Thursday) by phone at (520) 296-3740, by clicking on the CONTACT US button above, or by visiting the office.

Our Deacons:

We are blessed to have a dedicated and diverse group of Deacons. This competent and motivated group is truly the backbone of our church, and they willingly step up and do whatever is necessary to serve our church, our members, and our community whenever a need arises.

The role of a Deacon can vary from church to church; however, at Pantano Baptist Church, Deacons have a unique purpose that does not include administrative duties. Our Deacons are "servant leaders", called by God to help and serve members of our church and our community. They have all been elected by the church membership to serve in this important capacity, and each of them has a unique set of qualifications to draw upon.

Our Deacons are ready and willing to serve whenever the need arises. If you are struggling with an emotional, spiritual, or physical situation and need help, please call the church office at (520) 296-3740 to be referred to someone who can help.
