Glen has served as the pastor of Pantano Baptist Church for 24 years, leading folks on a progressive journey of faith often filled with more questions than answers. Sermons are biblical, creative, practical and relevant...intended to make people think.
Glen grew up in Houston, TX and graduated high school in Lafayette, LA. The next stops were Baylor University, where he earned a B.A. in Religion and Southwestern Seminary, graduating with a Master of Divinity. He then served as pastor of First Baptist Church in Little River, TX and First Baptist Church in Rosebud, TX, both eight years each.
Debbie and Glen have been married 43 years. They are proud grandparents of Hazel, Rosie, and Foster...the children of daughter Katelyn and her husband Walker. Rounding out the family is Sophie, the pug.
Hobbies include traveling, all sports but especially baseball, playing the guitar and writing songs. Favorite teams are the Baylor Bears, Houston Astros, and Arizona Diamondbacks.
In addition to pastoring at Pantano Baptist Church, Glen is the Coordinator of CBF West (the western region of the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship).
