Visitations
At Pantano Baptist Church, our church members are never abandoned just because they cannot show up for church on Sunday.
If they are in the hospital, our Pastor and our Visitations Team visit them as often as necessary to let them know that God loves them, and so do we. A personal visit from someone who cares can make a huge difference to anyone confined to a hospital bed. Hospital visitations, supplemented by prayers and get well cards from church family members, can help relieve boredom, provide inspiration, and make a positive difference to those confined to a hospital bed, regardless of the length of stay.
Some of our church members are unable to physically attend church services because of physical or age-related disabilities... these members are periodically visited as well.
This personal touch, combined with the ability to attend Sunday worship services via ZOOM and YouTube, help to keep them connected with our church. We also have a prayer request process that notifies everyone in our congregation when someone needs prayers, and it also serves to keep everyone up-to-date on the status of every member of our church family.
